Zapario provides you world-class quality, high reliability, and on-time delivery of printed circuit board assembly (PCB Assembly) at optimal cost.
A Core Principle:Customers for Life, no order is too small. Get fast, reliable, top-quality PCB assemblies.
Zapario has decades of experience in electronics hardware from early-stage design engineering, manufacturing of prototypes, to running volume production. Our leadership has delivered thousands of printed circuit board assemblies built on proven standard operating processes in keeping with best industry practices.
We source components, manage raw material inventory (RMI), perform rigorous quality control, tracking and reporting, manage finished goods inventory (FGI), and the logistics to deliver anywhere door-to-door globally, all under our printed circuit assembly / PCBA business.
Zapario maintains comprehensive printed circuit board assembly and turnkey EMS contract manufacturing capabilities.
Single sided, double sided, and multi-layer, rigid, flex, and flex-rigid assemblies. Prototype, low volume, and medium volume production.
SMT and through-hole: component sizes of 01005 mm, 0201 mm, 0402 mm to 55 mm ICs. Fine pitch and high count BGAs.
Computing hardware and various in-circuit programming interfaces to load executable code (firmware) before full functional testing. Comprehensive inspection and testing spanning SPI, AOI, x-ray, flying probe, visual inspection, and out of the box and testing.
Fully compliant with the Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS) directive on restricting the use of certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic manufacturing. For specific OEM design needs, non-RoHS is available.
Zapario offers conformal coating services and inspection to protect PCB assemblies against moisture, dust, chemicals, and temperature extremes. We use various coating methods of brushing, spraying, and dipping. Diverse conformal coating materials including IPC handbook compliant acrylics, silicones, and urethanes. Typical thickness ranges from 25 – 150 microns to protect the board and its components.
IPC A-610 is the most widely accepted standard in the electronics industry and has earned an international reputation as the source for end-product acceptance criteria. Our PCBA manufacturing, according to IPC A-610 demonstrates our commitment to product quality and reliability. Typically, we adhere to Class 2. Depending on the rigor needed for the OEM product, Class 3 is available.
Even the smallest amount of ESD can damage or disable sensitive electronics. Our factory is fully ESD compliant. We adopt thorough processes for strict ESD compliance. Any person entering manufacturing floor wears anti static clothing, uses a grounded wrist strap, and wearing ESD controlling footwear. All factory work stations, surface areas, and floors are ESD protected.
